Withdrawal and refunds
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Paid orders are sold and processed by Paddle as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.
1. Contracting party for purchases
For purchases through our checkout, the Paddle entity identified there is your seller and contact for orders, payments, invoices, withdrawals, and refunds. StormStag Studios remains the developer, licensor, and contact for technical product support.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
If you purchase a paid licence as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once provision has begun if you previously expressly agreed that provision may begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. Before Paddle Checkout opens, you must make this declaration using a separate, unticked checkbox. We store its time and wording version, associate it with the Paddle transaction, and confirm it by email.
The seller and recipient of a withdrawal is the Paddle entity shown in your Paddle order confirmation. Use the Paddle customer-support link in that confirmation or paddle.net to submit a withdrawal. Paddle's buyer terms displayed at purchase apply in addition.
3. Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract and your right of withdrawal has not already expired because of immediate provision, you may use the following form. Its use is not mandatory; any clear statement is sufficient.
To the Paddle entity shown in your Paddle order confirmation, via the Paddle customer-support link in that confirmation or paddle.net: I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract for the purchase of the following licence: Product: Aurelix Workspaces Ordered on: ____________________ Consumer name: ____________________ Email address used for the order: ____________________ Paddle order number: ____________________ Date: ____________________
4. Refunds and defective software
Paddle processes refunds under the refund policy applicable at the time of purchase and mandatory law. You can submit a request through the link in your Paddle order confirmation or at paddle.net.
Your statutory rights for software that was not provided, is defective, or does not function as described remain unaffected. You may additionally contact support@stormstagstudios.com for technical assistance.
Following a valid withdrawal, full refund, or reversal, the right to use the software ends and the associated licence key is disabled.
